Audit – SES Senvon and Sakawrdai

Senvon/Sakawrdai, April 17, 2026 — A two-day audit and inspection exercise is being carried out at SES Senvon and SES Sakawrdai on April 16–17, 2026, marking a significant step in strengthening accountability and development within the institutions.

The audit team, appointed by the Education Board, comprised Elder H.T. Vela (Board Chairman), Mr. Ramhlimum Joute (Inspector of Schools), Mr. H. Suonkhawlam (Board Member), and Mr. Simon Barjona Hmar (Board Member). The delegation undertook a comprehensive review of the schools’ financial records, ensuring transparency and proper stewardship of resources.

Beyond the financial audit, the team closely observed the day-to-day functioning of both schools. Class activities, administrative processes, and overall discipline were evaluated, with special attention given to maintaining academic standards and operational efficiency.

A key highlight of the visit was the inspection of ongoing building construction projects at both campuses. The team assessed the progress, quality of work, and adherence to planned timelines, emphasizing the importance of providing a conducive learning environment for students.

In a notable and engaging segment of the visit, the Board also held interactive sessions with students, teachers, and members of the School Managing Committee. These interactions provided a platform for open dialogue, allowing stakeholders to share experiences, raise concerns, and receive guidance directly from the Board members.
