Senvon, 28 July 2026 — SES Senvon had the privilege of welcoming Elder V.L. Renga Hriler, Chairman of the Central Kristien Ṭhalai Pawl (CKṬP), Independent Church of India (ICI), during his visit to the school.
As part of the visit, an interactive session and a Career Guidance Seminar were organized for students of Classes IV to IX. Elder Renga Hriler led both sessions, encouraging students to think seriously about their education, future careers, and personal development. The interactive discussion provided students with the opportunity to ask questions on a wide range of topics, all of which were thoughtfully addressed by the speaker.
Elder Renga Hriler was accompanied by Rev. Richard Rosiemlien, Youth Coordinator of the Independent Church of India, who also interacted with the school community during the visit.
The visit took place while the CKTP (Youth Department) leadership was in the region to attend the Leaders’ Meet of the Hmarbiel North and South Presbyteries, ICI, held on 25–26 July 2026 at Parbung, Pherzawl District. A report on the Leaders’ Meet is available on the CKṬP website HERE.
The occasion was made even more memorable by the kindness of Elder Lalramsawn, who is currently serving voluntarily as a teacher at SES Senvon while visiting from Guwahati. He delighted all those present by distributing lollipops to the students.
