Teacher’s Orientation Programme

Saipung, August 21, 2026 — SES Saipung conducted a Teacher’s Orientation Programme on Friday, August 21, 2026, with the aim of encouraging and strengthening teachers in their important calling and responsibility.

The programme was led by Sir Ramhlimum Joute, Inspector of Schools, ICI, who graciously joined the occasion as the resource person. In his address, he highlighted the importance and dignity of the teaching profession, reminding the teachers that the responsibility of educating and guiding young people is a great work entrusted to them by God. He encouraged the teachers to carry out their duties faithfully, sincerely, and responsibly.

Following the orientation session, the staff gathered for an open discussion. It provided an opportunity for teachers to share their experiences, exchange ideas, raise questions, and discuss matters related to their work. The gathering also included moments of fellowship, laughter, and prayer, creating a warm and encouraging atmosphere among the staff.

The programme began with a devotion attended by the students and staff, with Sir Ramhlimum Joute also serving as the speaker. The gathering included praise and worship through singing and prayer. At the conclusion of the devotion, the Inspector also spent time interacting with the students and school leaders, making the occasion especially meaningful for the school community.

Under the guidance of our respected leadership, the programme provided a valuable opportunity for the staff to freely share their thoughts, concerns, experiences, and aspirations. It was a time of learning, fellowship, encouragement, and renewed commitment to the important work of education.
